Having troubles downloading?

When I click the PC Download button it says, "Waiting for Video" but nothing happens, what should I do?
For the PC download, the preferred internet browser is Internet Explorer.  Try quitting all internet browsers and open Internet Explorer and try again.  Make sure you copy and paste the url link for this page so you can get back to it when you open Internet Explorer.

Any tips for the MAC download?

My download is taking a long time, what should I do?
You're downloading a full two hour movie so the file size is quite large and it is normal for a download to take 30 minutes or even much longer depending on your internet connections speed.

My download is not working on my ipad and/or other devices, what should I do?
Currently we offer downloads only for PC and Mac.   Other devices may not be compatible or may require additional file conversions.  We are planning more downloadable versions soon. 

I'm using Windows Media Player and I can hear the audio but I can't see the video, what should I do?
