I remember reading a report from Connie Chung on how she and her TV crew discovered a village where people were well over 100 years young and living in perfect health and looking far younger than their actual age.  I don't recall where it was.  In this clip Virginia Ellen speaks of possibly another place.

This is an interesting article about centenarians in relation to geographic area, it makes a lot of sense as to why people living in remote areas would tend to live longer. It is interesting to note that many of these locations are near or on a body of water. What is the link? fresh air, water, food, low stress?

A saint in Rishikesh India, named Tat Wale Baba, was 85 years old when he was murdered, but appeared about 35 years old. Although no known records exist of his age, a man who was a classmate of Tat Wale Baba's in elementary school estimated that Tat Wala Baba was born in 1890. Perhaps Tat Wale Baba achieved his youthfulness by slowing down the aging process through his many years of long meditations.

Research done on long-term meditators supports this thesis. According to studies published in the International Journal of Neuroscience 16 (1): 5358, (1982), and in the in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology 57(6): 950-964, (1989), the longer that people had been meditating the lower their metabolic rate became and as a result their biological age became less compared with their chronological age.

Other studies suggest that reduced caloric intake plays a role in longevity. Devraha Baba, also from India, who was called, "The Ageless Yogi," ate very little; he claimed that he had lived for over 700 years. Devraha Baba's family tree records place his age to be at least 250 years when he died in 1989. An Allahabad High Court Barrister had stated that seven generations of his family had sat at the feet of Devraha Baba.

Reports of individuals here and there that have lived long, healthy and even youthful appearing lives indicate that it is possible for humans to achieve a long and healthy age. A life span into the hundreds of years is not that far-fetched. It is just a matter of time when researchers figure out the formula for youthful longevity. The secret to the fountain of youth may be something as simple as a dietary change, some exercise and including a meditation program to one’s daily regime.

Amazing information Vincent and thanks for sharing that.

Virginia Ellen sent me an email recently stating that Stanford University just cracked the aging gene. I look forward to hearing more.

I spent some time with some people who were with Paramahansa Yogananda when he was still in his body and he could apparently walk through walls and had mastered more than I realized.

As we all know, when he made his transition they looked at his body 28 days later and couldn't find any signs of decay and they even said it smelled like roses.

Leonard Orr wrote a book called, Braking The Death Habit, where we wrote about 8 immortal yogis that he met in India all over the age of 300.

Thanks Mercedes.

It's amazing to see what we're capable of in the absence of stress. What if Stress is the only thing that holds us back?

The Cycle of Rejuvenation
An orbit is something that moves upward and travels in a circle. As this circle begins its upward movement or ascension, it becomes a spiral, advancing to higher levels of vibration through a series of cyclical movements. The cycle of rejuvenation is moving back to the starting point. At first, the spiral is a wheel or circle, which is also known as the wheel of karma. We go round and round in the same belief systems, attitudes and hold onto the same emotions. The wheel of karma is wide and rotates at the speed of the vibration of thought it holds. For instance, if we are filled with thoughts of punishment, getting even, making them pay, sin etc. which are based on anger, guilt and fear, we will have a very slow movement to our wheel or spin of karma. As we deeply feel and choose to forgive, understand, and surrender, we begin to evolve and the vibration speeds up. We move off the wheel of karma and the cycle of rejuvenation begins.
In the Sacred Heart Yoga Book, there is a practice which gives you the Lost Science of Prayer. This is the Scientific Formula to accomplish getting off the wheel of karma and beginning to move in an orbit of energy upward. This ancient practice Activates your Sacred Seals, which is the Kingdom of God that lie within. Once you have access to the Kingdom healing and rejuvenation are available to you. Go to http://www.VirginiaEllen.net to begin the practice to move you onto the spiral of rejuvenation.
The base of the cycle of rejuvenation therefore is wide. As we enter the spiral of rejuvenation we are moving upward and the spiral become smaller and smaller until it is invisible. This is the ascension process. We have all seen an airplane propeller. When the plane is not running, the propeller is visible and well defined. Once the plane turns on its engines and the plane prepares for takeoff, the propellers begin to rotate in a circle moving faster and faster until it is invisible.
We first are light, energy or spirit and we begin to move downward in a spiral becoming atoms. These atoms became molecules which became cells. The cells together make up the human body. Within the human body resides the original light which is our electric system. We still are energy, light and spirit in a body just like a genie in a bottle with phenomenal abilities. We are light, spirit and energy in a body with the ability to also create miracles, just like the genie. The What if movie is all about living the genie in the bottle.

In the Aramaic language Jesus spoke, energy means life. The life in our bodies therefore is energy often referred to as life force energy. He also refers to the creator as Sacred Life, the energy of the all that is.
Spirit is breath. We took on breath as we came through the birth canal into the world. Our first breath was spirit performing its first miracle, the breath of life. Spirit took form in the world of matter. This is the miracle of birth; spirit is alive in a body.
We have our own light, which is Shem in Aramaic, and means essence. rhythm and name. Our individual essence is the light: our name represents the light we are in this human body and we each have our own unique rhythm. It is important to stay connected to our original essence and unique rhythm. On the wheel of karma, we often lose touch with our essence and rhythm. We begin to walk to someone else’s drum beat and we lose ourselves in the material world, or we are not our own person anymore. Then, we feel lonely, depressed, hopeless and helpless. We have lost our power and connection to the source of life itself, to our light and its rhythm and essence.

When we enter the spiral of rejuvenation, hope, happiness, self worth, excitement and power return to us. We begin to return to our original essence, and begin to move in our own unique rhythm. This feels delightful, peaceful and we feel complete and whole. We begin to accomplish effortlessly and it is easy. As we return to our own unique essence and its rhythm, we spend more time alone for we no longer need the outside world to make us complete. Our life becomes simple and we value the simple pleasures of being alive. Addictions fall away as we move upward on the spiral of rejuvenation. Distractions of the world no longer hold power over us. We are the masters of our lives and live by our free will and choices. These choices are in alignment with our spirit and original reason for incarnating.
The Practice that Jesus gave me to accomplish returning to our original light is Sacred Heart Yoga. I also offer retreats which allow one to experience the Activation of their Sacred Seals rapidly. These retreats can be found at http://www.VirginiaEllen.net.
